Sometimes we find interesting sea creatures in the marina. Tonight as Dan was walking down the dock he heard a gasping sound. He found that 3 squid had jumped onto the dock. He gathered them up in a bucket and brought them to the boat for the kids to see. Then he safely returned them to the water. Interesting factoid: when he sailed to Hawaii on his dad’s boat they’d often have to clear the decks in the morning of squid that had jumped on board and commit suicide.
